Use and Care

Thread the lid evenly without cross-threading and confirm the cap snaps completely over the spout. The closed cap reduces an open drinking path but does not make the vessel leak-proof. Carry only upright, and do not suspend a filled hot vessel solely by the flexible loop. Remove the spout seal and perimeter gasket for cleaning. Wash and dry every component before first use. Inspect the stainless body, rim, vacuum base, lid, drinking opening, hinge or slider, loop or grip band, and every seal before each use. Do not use a vessel with dents affecting stability, a damaged rim, loose component, cracked lid, torn gasket, open vacuum base, or trapped liquid between walls.
